Part-Time, 3-4 days per week including a half-day Monday, weekends occasional

This role will be store-focused working front-of-house in our Women's Swimwear retail store in Paddington, Sydney. This role will be responsible for all touchpoints of customer service, as well as managing the merchandise flow of inventory into our stores (both in-store and online) to ensure maximum sales.

As a Retail + Customer Care Support, your tasks will include:

  • Selling to our loyal customers on the retail floor.
  • Assisting Customer Care with emails, returns, and exchanges both in-store and online.
  • Assisting Customer Care with picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders.
  • Shipping of orders through Starshipit, DHL, and Australia Post.
  • Develop allocation plans based on inventory and store needs.
  • Forecast and update plan regularly based on current sales trends.
  • Ensure a proper balance of inventory in the Sydney store by liaising with the factory.
  • Ensure key items/core products are in stock at a colour + size level.
  • Regular stocktaking to ensure product counts are accurate and to report any discrepancies.
  • Communicate regularly with Marketing on specific issues and inventory levels.
  • Plan allocation flow to ensure newness on the sales floor.
  • Analyse reporting to maximise potential sales and balance inventories across all stores.
  • Generate reports as requested by senior management.

You will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail fashion sector.
  • 2+ years of experience with Shopify systems required.
  • Experience with Unleashed/inventory systems is highly desired.
  • Experience with shipping and/or 3PL also highly desired, but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS including strong excel skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude; self motivated and energetic.
  • Excellent analytical ability; quick learner; organisational skills; proactive. Highly autonomous!
  • Ability to react to change quickly and problem solve on the fly.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Shopify POS systems preferred.
